Absolutely Horrendous
CakeInspiration’s incompetence single-handedly ruined my daughter’s 7th birthday.

I wish I could give this review zero stars. I ordered a cake from CakeInspirationfor my daughter’s 7th birthday, and it turned out to be an absolute disaster. The one thing you expect a cake maker to get right—especially for a child’s special day—is the AGE on the cake. Yet somehow, they managed to completely mess it up, putting the wrong age on the cake and ruining a moment that should have been magical.

Imagine the disappointment on a child’s face when her special moment is ruined because of sheer negligence. What’s worse is their total lack of care when I complained—they clearly have no pride in their work. DO NOT TRUST THEM with your celebrations unless you want to be left angry and embarrassed.

When I reached out to CakeInspirationto address the issue, I expected at least an apology or a solution. Instead, I was met with indifference and excuses, as if this was no big deal. It was incredibly frustrating, and their lack of accountability made the experience even worse.

This is the kind of service that ruins special occasions. I would never recommend CakeInspirationto anyone, especially for an event as important as a birthday. Save yourself the stress, and take your business to someone who actually cares about their customers and the quality of their work. Avoid this disaster of a business unless you want your celebrations ruined like ours was. Absolute disgrace!
