Platypus Katong x Dingo is our Asian Bistro and the breakfast buffet restaurant at Santa Grand Hotel East Coast. The 90-seater restaurant features multiple culinary stations for the breakfast buffet and a private room for larger groups with multimedia requirements. The breakfast menu offers everything from cereals and freshly baked breads to continental favourites and traditional local cuisine. Platypus Katong is also open for brunch over the weekends with a full menu that travels the culinary map of Singapore with regional heritage dishes bespoke to Katong and modernized local classics.
